DO NOT GO HERE! Worst hair cut ever! Stylist talked way way too much, didn't listen to what I wanted, did what she wanted to do. Now I'm stuck with bad hair, uneven, too short and some awful color!! Took twice as long.

i had the best experience at this hair salon. everyone was so kind and welcoming, and the place felt very professional and clean. my hairstylist, blanca, was honestly amazing. she really listened to what i wanted and made my hair look even better than i imagined. she was very careful and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. best hair salon in town!

I couldn’t leave a photo on my last review. But here’s the most even boring haircut and blowout I’ve ever received. I’ve had hair apprentices give me a better blowout. The front layers are super un even. I would never go back. How do you fix “face framing layers” when she chopped one side way shorter than the other 🤬. Then after leaving my honest review both the hairstylist and owner wanted me to comeback on specially 3/3. First off I came on a Sunday because that is when I’m available. Second, instead of responding online they text me. I didn’t give either of them permission to personally contact me. I would like my money back. She also did a level 9 glaze when I asked for a level 8 to calm the brass and tone. The glaze sat on wet hair for less than 5 minutes. It did nothing. Online the haircut said $65 and she charged me $75. She acted like she didn’t know how to check out a guest and adjust the price. (I’m from the same hair industry and these systems are super easy to navigate.) All together for a haircut and glaze plus tip was $140. I was really disappointed with the blowout. No volume, no bend, no style. The last photo is a screenshot of the haircut after I got home to cross check it myself. Terrible!!!

I’ve been going to this barber for over 5 years at the Anaheim location, and now at the new Santa Ana shop, and the quality has always been top tier. The new Santa Ana location is super nice, modern, and very clean.
Highly recommend booking with Bisho for men’s haircuts, beard work, and waxing. He’s consistent, professional, and always makes sure you leave looking sharp. Definitely my go-to spot

I came in as a first-time customer for a blowout listed online at $65, and they were advertising 30% off for new clients. I called ahead to confirm the promotion, and it was confirmed over the phone.
The blowout itself turned out great, I was really happy with how my hair looked. However, when it was time to pay, I was told there was an additional $20 charge because of my hair length. This was never mentioned on the website, over the phone, or when I arrived and she saw my hair. My hair is mid-back length and not excessively long, so the added fee felt unexpected.
Although I did receive the 30% discount, the additional charge brought my total to about $60 before tip… so the “30% off” was $5 off. I believe pricing details, especially extra length fees, should be clearly communicated upfront so clients can make informed decisions.
I’m giving 2 stars because while I liked the final result, transparency around pricing is very important to me.

I had the most beautiful experience with Nina. She did my color and blow dry and I honestly could not be happier with the result. The color came out absolutely perfect, rich, balanced and exactly what I was hoping for.
Her blow-dry technique is spectacular. She has such precision and control, and you can really feel the difference in the way she handles the hair. The finish was smooth, voluminous and long-lasting without feeling heavy or overstyled.
Beyond her talent, the entire experience was wonderful. The customer service was warm, kind and professional from start to finish. You feel taken care of the moment you walk in.

Roman did an amazing job on my taper fade the blend was super clean and exactly what I asked for. The shop is really nice and clean with a professional vibe and everyone was welcoming. One of the best haircut experiences I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back.

i’ve always very sceptical to try a new hair salons And I can tell you right now I have only been to 2 and even then I only went a few times. Today was my first day at this hair lounge And let me tell you I had an amazing time. Upon my entrance, I was welcomed with love and kindness and offered coffee, chocolate and drinks. It was so gorgeous on the inside and clean. I can tell that the manger Aziz and his partner Beshoy are super kind people…. I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to do with my hair, but my stylist made me feel really comfortable and gave me exactly what I needed without even knowing it.
I ended up getting a haircut that was much needed followed by a blowout. I was also really impressed that the only products that they use were kerastase products. I already booked my next appointment to get some highlights ❤️

Tony my barber is hands down the best barber I’ve ever had. He really understands exactly what I’m looking for every time I sit in the chair. The best part is he actually remembers my haircut and the little details without me having to explain it all over again.
Whenever I want to try something new, he works with me, gives honest input, and somehow makes it even better than what I originally envisioned. You can tell he truly knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his craft.
